WEST PLAINS, Mo. – Fifteen students participated in the July 20 graduation ceremony for the Missouri State University-West Plains Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) program.
During the past year, 36 students participated in the program, earning high school equivalencies and certificates from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
