WEST PLAINS, Mo. – The Grizzly Basketball team at Missouri State University-West Plains is having a picnic at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 1, at the West Plains Civic Center, and they are inviting their fans to join them.

“We want to invite the community to have a meal with our team before we head to Hillsboro for the Region 16 Tournament,” Head Coach Yancey Walker said.  “We hope there will be several people in attendance, and hopefully, that will encourage even more people to come watch us on Friday and Saturday, March 4 and 5.”

The picnic is free and will feature hamburgers, hot dogs and chips.
