WEST PLAINS, Mo. – All community members are invited to attend the annual State of the University address by Missouri State University System Interim President Clif Smart to the Missouri State University-West Plains community at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, in Melton Hall Room 112 on the Missouri State-West Plains campus.

In his first address on the West Plains campus, Smart will discuss “The First 100 Days.”
