THE STUDENT GOVERNMENT Association (SGA) at Missouri State University-West Plains received the 2012 “most improved donor site for higher education” award from the Community Blood Center of the Ozarks (CBCO) in Springfield. The SGA sponsored two blood drives on campus this past year for the organization, doubling the number of usable units collected from the drive held in 2011, university officials said. THE STUDENT GOVERNMENT Association (SGA) at Missouri State University-West Plains received the 2012 “most improved donor site for higher education” award from the Community Blood Center of the Ozarks (CBCO) in Springfield.  The SGA sponsored two blood drives on campus this past year for the organization, doubling the number of usable units collected from the drive held in 2011, university officials said.
