CURRENT AND PAST MEMBERS of the Grizzly Volleyball team at Missouri State University-West Plains took the court Saturday afternoon, Aug. 17, for the annual alumni match. Nine former members of the team put the 2013 Grizzlies through their paces in a fun-filled contest, and the current Grizzlies showed they were up for the challenge, beating their counterparts 3-1. “The alumni match is always a special time because it brings people together who have a common bond – Grizzly Volleyball,” said Head Coach Paula Wiedemann. “Getting our current and former players together, along with families, fans and host families – past and present – is a wonderful experience. I absolutely love it!” Above are, front row from left, current Grizzlies Torika Baleilekutu and Alyssa Aldag, former Grizzly Colbi Goff, current Grizzlies Victoria Williams, Kaili Simmons, Paris Witte, Brianna Zebert and Grace Kiely, and former Grizzly Perla Quintana.
