WEST PLAINS, Mo. – Lu Adams has been named the new coordinator of Missouri State University-West Plains’ Mountain Grove Extended Campus.

Adams, who has worked as the university’s registrar on the West Plains campus since May 20, 2013, will begin her duties at the Shannon Hall facility, 401 East 17th St., on Dec. 1, and will replace Norma Ogletree, who has been part-time coordinator of the campus since July 1, 2010.  Ogletree’s last official day with the university will be Dec. 17.

Prior to joining Missouri State-West Plains, Adams, who lives in Cabool, worked with Drury University at its Cabool campus and started Drury’s campuses in Thayer and Licking.

Adams will be arriving at the campus just in time to help students register for 2015 spring semester classes.  An on-site registration session is scheduled for 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2.  To reach the Mountain Grove campus, call 417-547-7575.
