Coastal-FMC among ‘Fan Favorite Givers’ for True Blue Auction and Casino Night

COASTAL-FMC in Willow Springs is one of the “Fan Favorite Givers” for this year’s Missouri State University-West Plains’ “True Blue” Annual Auction and Casino Night, set for April 8 at the West Plains Civic Center. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., and auction and casino activities will get underway at 6. Tickets are $50 per person, or $500 will reserve table seating and tickets for eight, organizers said. Tickets can be purchased by calling 417-255-7240 or emailing WPDevelopment@MissouriState.edu. With “True Blue” as this year’s theme, guests are being asked to wear blue. SBTDC will sponsor cash flow workshop April 6

Self-reported rules violations lead to NJCAA sanctions, coach’s resignation

    WEST PLAINS, Mo. – The Missouri State University-West Plains Grizzly women’s volleyball and men’s basketball programs have been placed on probation by the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) for the 2016-17 academic year. Free dance performance in April will highlight local students’ grit

U.S. ARMY VETERAN William Hatcher’s struggle with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) following two tours of duty in Iraq will be told in dance during a free performance by Missouri State University’s Inertia Dance Troupe from Springfield on April 16. Everyone is invited to attend the 7 p.m. event at the West Plains Civic Center theater to watch troupe members share other inspiring stories of grit and determination through dance.
