Chemistry professor co-authors publication

WEST PLAINS, Mo. – Dr. Joseph “Kip” Rugutt, associate professor of chemistry at Missouri State University-West Plains, has co-authored the publication Fostering Sustained Learning Among Undergraduate Students: Emerging Research and Opportunities through the international publishing company IGI Global.

WEST PLAINS, Mo. – Dr. Joseph “Kip” Rugutt, associate professor of chemistry at Missouri State University-West Plains, has co-authored the publication Fostering Sustained Learning Among Undergraduate Students: Emerging Research and Opportunities through the international publishing company IGI Global.

According to a news release from IGI Global officials, Fostering Sustained Learning Among Undergraduate Students: Emerging Research and Opportunities is an essential publication for the latest scholarly information on methods to inculcate student learning with a focus on implications to institutional policy and practices. Featuring coverage on topics such as financial aid, student motivation and mentorship, this book is ideally designed for academicians, practitioners and researchers seeking novel perspectives on the learning process and instruction methods.

Fellow authors include Dr. Caroline Chemosit, a lecturer and Head of Educational Administration Planning and Management and Psychology and Foundations (EAPM & PF) department at the University of Kabianga (UoK), Kericho City, Kenya, and John Rugutt, an associate professor of educational research, applied statistics and educational technology in the Department of Educational Administration and Foundations at Illinois State University in Normal.
