Officers named for the Friends of the Garnett Library Executive Committee

Officers for the Friends of the Garnett Library Executive Committee for the 2018-19 academic year have been chosen.

They are:

  • Susie Warden, president
  • Carolyn Gerber, vice president/secretary
  • Dr. Dennis Lancaster, program chair
  • Gale and Linda Wooten, publicity chairs
  • Miriam Ward, projects/fundraising chair
  • Amber Carr, gifts and bequests chair
  • Sally Watkins, membership co-chair
  • Carol Silvey, membership co-chair
  • Ruth Hall, past president and fashion show coordinator
  • Kay Garrett, chili supper coordinator
  • Pat Smith, dessert project coordinator

Formed in 1992, the organization helps raise awareness of the services offered by the library and its needs. They meet the second Friday of each month from September through April.
