Friends raise over $1,000 for Garnett Library at annual chili supper

The Friends of the Garnett Library partnered with Wendy’s of West Plains to raise more than $1,000 to benefit the library at the group’s annual chili supper Feb. 9 at the West Plains Civic Center Magnolia Room.

The supper was attended by approximately 120 people.

The event was among several activities taking place prior to the annual homecoming game between the Missouri State University-West Plains Grizzly Basketball team and Three Rivers College of Poplar Bluff.
