A total of $100 was raised for the March of Dimes by members of Missouri State University-West Plains’ Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) student business organization.
The funds were raised through their Bowling for Babies event Nov. 19 at the Lightning Bowl in West Plains.
Organizers said they would like to thank several area businesses and individuals who donated items or gift cards for giveaway prizes at the event. They include:

- The Dog Wash
- The Crafty Mama
- More Totes the Merrier
- Linda Bunch
- Falenia Greer-Scentsy
Organizers said they’d also like to thank area media for publicizing the event. “We had a lot of fun and raised money for a good cause,” they said.
