Why did you choose to attend Missouri State-West Plains?

It was close to home and offered flexible hours with my full time job.

How would you describe your experience here?

Educational. Not only in the traditional way, but I have learned a lot about myself.

What has been your favorite thing about Missouri State-West Plains?

The friendliness of the campus. I think returning as an older student is hard, but I have only encountered people who want to help me succeed.

What has been your favorite course?

I really enjoyed Political Science. I thought I would hate it, but I learned a lot of useful things.

How have faculty and staff helped you during your time at Missouri State-West Plains?

Again, the willingness of people ready to help me succeed has amazed me. They have been super friendly.

How did you choose your major?

I like things to have a correct place. In accounting everything has a spot. I like the order of it.

What have you learned from the Business Department that will help you succeed in your education, career or life?

I have learned persistence. If I work at things and don’t quit, I will succeed.

What are your plans after graduation?

I plan to transfer to Missouri State University in Springfield and get my bachelor’s degree in accounting.
