Teala Mahan selected to PTK Missouri All-Academic Team

She will receive a certificate, medallion and $300 scholarship for her award.

Teala Mahan

Teala Mahan, West Plains, has been selected as a second team honoree of the Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Missouri All-Academic Team for 2020.

Mahan is a sophomore Associate of Arts in Teaching major at Missouri State University-West Plains.

She also serves as president of the university’s PTK chapter.

She will receive a certificate, medallion and $300 scholarship for her award.

Since 1994, Missouri has honored outstanding PTK scholar-leaders with a state academic team program. PTK is an international academic honor society for community college students.
