Dawn Dionne, food services manager at Missouri State University-West Plains (MSU-WP), received a Staff Excellence in University Service Award during the annual Staff Service Awards program Tuesday, Jan. 10, at Missouri State University in Springfield.

The award is given to full-time staff members “who have made significant contributions to the university community. They strive to do their jobs well on a daily basis, go above and beyond the call of duty in a special situation and have contributed in a significant way to the success of the university.”

She received a personalized plaque and $1,500 cash award.
