The Journagan Ranch near Mountain Grove was given to Missouri State University in 2010 by owners Leo and Jean Journagan to insure the nationally accredited ranch and purebred Hereford operation would stay together long into the future. It is now used as a natural classroom giving agriculture students opportunities to experience real life ranching and breeding situations. (MSU Photo)
