Missouri State University-West Plains’ (MSU-WP) agriculture program will be the topic of the Friends of the Garnett Library meeting on April 12.
The group will gather from noon to 1 p.m. in rooms 104 and 105 of the Lybyer Technology Center. Parking is available in the lot on the north side of the building just off Cass Avenue.
MSU-WP Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs Dr. Michael Orf, Dean for Career and Technical Education, Engineering and Computer Information Systems Cathy Boys and Professor of Agriculture Dr. Linda Wulff-Risner will give an overview of the agriculture science program and will discuss some additions to the program, including a new veterinary technician program and the Wulff-Risner Agriculture Science Center.
Cost of the lunch is $10, payable at the door. Those wishing to eat should make a reservation by calling 417-255-7940 or emailing FriendsofGarnettLibrary@MissouriState.edu by Wednesday, April 10.
