Missouri State University-West Plains’s (MSU-WP) residence life program will be the topic of the Friends of the Garnett Library meeting on Oct. 11.
The group will gather from noon to 1 p.m. at the Grizzly Bite in the J.W. Phillips Grizzly Lofts, 665 Missouri Ave.
Dr. Angela Totty, vice chancellor of student services, and Trace Winfrey, director of residence life, will discuss the residence life program and what it offers students, then give a tour of the Grizzly Lofts residence hall.
Cost of the lunch is $10, payable at the door. Those wishing to eat should make a reservation by calling 417-255-7940 or emailing FriendsofGarnettLibrary@MissouriState.edu by Wednesday, Oct. 9.
“Everyone is welcome to attend,” organizers said. “We welcome you as a guest, or you can find out about joining the organization at the meeting.”
