Officials with the Kloz Klozet invite everyone to their “Cheers to Strong Women” fashion show and luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, at the West Plains Country Club, 1402 Country Club Dr., in West Plains.

The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Garnett Library and benefits the Garnett Library at Missouri State University-West Plains.

Enjoy a delightful luncheon while previewing the season’s latest trends in dresses, slacks, accessories, shoes, handbags and more, all curated by Florence James, owner of The Kloz Klozet.

Doors open at 11:30 a.m. for socializing and participation in both the silent and live auctions.

Tickets are $50 per person, and all proceeds benefit the Garnett Library at Missouri State University–West Plains.

More than $70,000 raised

For more than 20 years, the semiannual fashion show events have raised over $72,000 in support of the Garnett Library, according to Rebekah McKinney, director of library services.

“At the Garnett Library, we are deeply grateful to Florence James, owner of The Kloz Klozet, for her continued commitment to the library and our campus,” McKinney said. “Her support, along with that of the Friends, our generous attendees and the local business owners who make this event possible—helps enrich our library and empowers our students to succeed.”
