David Young, center, associate vice-chancellor for information technology at Missouri State University-West Plains (MSU-WP), retired from his position on Jan. 9 after over eight years of service to the university. He was hired in Nov. 2017 as the director of information technology services. Young received a certificate noting his years of service and a pocket watch from the chancellor.
