MEMBERS OF THE FUTURE Alumni Organization (FAO) at Missouri State University-West Plains invite everyone to their 10th annual tree lighting ceremony at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, in the Lybyer Technology Center to ring in the holiday season on campus. Chancellor Drew Bennett will welcomd guests, and the West Plains Elementary School choir will lead everyone in singing some of the season’s favorite songs, organizers said. FAO President Wesley Sanders, Willow Springs, will light the tree to shine on handmade ornaments by members of the university’s various student organizations. Cookies and hot cocoa also will be served.
