NINETY-FIVE AREA RESIDENTS recently received their high school equivalency diplomas through Missouri State University-West Plains’ Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) Program and participated in graduation ceremonies Sunday afternoon, July 24, at the West Plains Civic Center theater. An estimated 425 family members, friends and university officials were on hand to congratulate the graduates and enjoy refreshments after the ceremony. Front row from left: Kira Arter, Mtn.
