NINETY-FIVE AREA RESIDENTS recently received their high school equivalency diplomas through Missouri State University-West Plains’ Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) Program and participated in graduation ceremonies Sunday afternoon, July 24, at the West Plains Civic Center theater.
