Scholarship honoring former educator now endowed

WEST PLAINS, Mo. – Thanks to a generous donation to Missouri State University-West Plains, a privately funded scholarship honoring former area educator Naomi McKee has now been endowed. Funds sought for athletics scholarship to honor Lisa Crumpley

Largest scholarship gift to Foundation to benefit West Plains students

THE SINGLE LARGEST GIFT Missouri State University-West Plains has ever received and the single largest scholarship gift ever given to the Missouri State University system was announced at a press conference today, Feb. 23. The gift is from the Lorene Thompson Brooks estate. Generous donation leads to 5 scholarships honoring late Ripley County resident
